30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase, usually in the form of your order confirmation email;
To process your return, please kindly email us at info@olleusa.com with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with order #” along with a photo clearly showing the damages. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Damaged Order Received
If your order is received damaged please contact the shipping carrier.
Lost Order – Wrong Address
OLLEUSA will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address Provided
