Extremely strong corrosion resistance: Compared with wooden or plastic beds, Aluzinc is 7 times more resistant to corrosion and rust than ordinary galvanized steel, and 3-7 times higher than ordinary galvanized steel. The corrosion rate (the thickness of the Aluzinc coating lost per year under normal conditions) is a maximum of 20% of one micron (0.2 μm). In theory, Aluzinc has a lifespan of more than 100 years under normal conditions. In real life, Aluzinc has been used in harsh marine environments for more than 20 years, although the coating loss is as high as 0.4 μm in the first year.
Excellent heat reflection: Aluzinc steel has excellent albedo capability. Albedo is another name for reflectance, and it measures how much light hits a surface to be reflected and not absorbed.
